This lunch offers a variety of set meals. I had Akita Prefecture's famous Inaniwa Udon and Hachimantai pork shabu-shabu. You can also choose other combinations. When the water in the pot boils, put the vegetables first, then the pork slices. It can be eaten after a few seconds of shabu-shabu. It is relatively tender and the sauce is very light. The whole set meal is quite large. The udon noodles are soft and smooth, and some local vegetables are added. I like it~
