All Day Dining The Terrace is a restaurant that specializes in French cuisine. This restaurant is positioned in the upper-middle range, and their appetizers left the deepest impression on me.

I found that many other locals came here to enjoy afternoon tea. Anyway, there is a free shuttle bus from Shizuoka Station. It is great to enjoy the luxurious afternoon tea cakes while watching Mount Fuji.
