The beef here is the best we had during our visit to Japan. It uses JA&#39;s 4A beef, which is very good. When we went there, it was earlier than mealtime, but there was a line at the door. We finally waited and went in. We ordered a Hida beef platter, which included marbled beef ribs, tongue and shoulder, and a vegetable platter. The price is certainly not cheap, but the quality of the beef is very good and worth it. In short, I had a very happy meal and the service was very good. The waiter will help you grill the meat to avoid over-grilling the good beef.

This restaurant mainly sells Hida beef dishes from Takayama. The price is not too expensive, so the beef is not the so-called 4A beef, but the quality is good. The beef in that set meal is delicious and highly recommended.
