L'Ecume Gourmande

The octopus salad and seabream fillet were delicious. Close attention was paid to the flavours of every component of the dishes. Bread and water was brought to the table without the staff having to be asked. The staff were very friendly and kind. The food was prepared quickly. I would definitely dine here again.

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The frites are excellent (and I'm difficult because of the North!) and the beef coast was remarkable (cut and quality). Bravo. I recommend. And I'm back tomorrow.
