Bismillah Cendol, a typical southeastern Asian Malay restaurant, can cook some Malaysian kampong food.
This is one of the oldest cendol stalls in Taiping. The menu is simple, they have normal Cendol, and Kacang (red bean), Jagung (corn), Pulut (glutinous rice), or a mixture of the ingredients. Prices range from RM2 to RM4.90. Really cheap. Great for hot weather. Their cendol was smooth and nice, not overly sweet. Must mix well before eating because the Gula Melaka Syrup is at the bottom. Service was fast, friendly owner. There is also a popular Pasembur stall next to it. Each plate only costs RM4, worth trying. It will compliment the sweet cendol. Address: 233, Jalan Barrack, 34000 Taiping, Perak Ambiance/Facilities: 8/10 Avg Price Per Person: RM2-4 Rating: 4/5 #tripblazers #taiping
