Wuping's largest cauldron is a really big pot. The beef bone soup cooked slowly over a low fire is so delicious. The freshly cut beef feels so fresh. Even though I can't understand the tongue-twisting Chaoshan dialect, it feels so authentic.

The taste is really first-class. They have now changed to Chaoshan beef hot pot, which is really authentic and traditional. All the dipping sauces are brought by Chaoshan chefs, and the pot base is freshly boiled.
