We went there in September, the best season to travel to Myanmar, but even so, I would say that the restaurant was crowded. Probably 70% or more were regular customers (habit). They offer tables in a charming garden during the sunny season, the food is not great but ok, the people are pleasant and the work is good. It is a good place to have an Italian meal.

The price seems to depend on how much you drink, but I think the average customer price is about 6,000 to 8,000 yen. The seafood barbecue is especially delicious.

Kobe-ya is located in No 4 Pyi Thar Yar St, Yangon (Rangoon) 11082, Myanmar, beef, vegetarian dishes, drinks, tastes very general. Especially outrageous is that white rice costs two dollars a bowl. Rice feels average, no difference between eating rice and other meals in Myanmar. The environment is OK, a small closed single room, suitable for close talks. Service is general, I feel that the waiter needs more English training. By the way, the menu is marked in dollars, and you have to bring dollars to eat.
