SAVVA

The main restaurant of the Metropolitan Hotel is open until dinner, so we sat down at the table next to the white and pink morning flower boxes outside the shallow canvas awning of the hotel cafe Sava. The brilliant early summer sun washed down the avenue. As we read the menu carefully, the waiter, wearing a white jacket, black trousers and a dress shirt with a black tie, brought us a basket of delicious bread - black bread with Rogan and walnuts, onion rolls, kelp rolls. The service was attentive and professional. My ham toast egg is one of the best I have ever eaten. The price is very reasonable.

It is a Michelin-starred restaurant, the environment and taste and service are turbulence. The restaurant was converted from the National Museum, so the sculptures and murals inside are still reserved, and the pieces are artworks. The dishes are also quite exquisite.

Russian dinners are still clearly different from other European countries. They are more generous, and there are many hot dishes, and the taste is a little heavier. The desserts are similar to the kind in Eastern Europe, and there are more chocolates.
