But all the dishes that followed were delicious. The sea urchin and the sweet shrimp and fish dishes, especially the cold consommé of the Basque pork at the end were great. I thought the service was great. Reasonably priced and overall very satisfied!

I didn't expect that a restaurant with this name actually serves French cuisine. I ordered a set meal. Anyway, there is no need to worry, as it includes appetizers, main courses, and after-meal dishes. The set cost about a thousand dollars, which is not bad.

The chef was trained at Lumiere in Sapporo, so the restaurant is classic French style, but has evolved into a more modern style than when I last came. The service staff are polite, pleasant and the food is delicious.
