Ettal Abbey

Really beautiful Ettal church, free to visit. The tall and majestic Benedictine monastery is still in practice and still in use. It is a gorgeous baroque church. Be sure to see the wet murals inside the dome. There are distilleries, holding a bottle of wine before leaving, bookstores sell a lot of interesting books (in German).

The monastery is like a courtyard, surrounded by four buildings, and in the middle is a church, like a traditional church in Europe, the walls are painted with oil, the walls are pink and white, and the pattern of gold foil is flashy.

The road passed by an unknown town and suddenly such a magnificent church appeared. We were curious and walked in, except for a father and son who took a camera and took pictures like us. Later, I re-read the original Pig and learned that its name was: "Eta Abbey."

The monastery is on the way to the town. At the foot of the mountain, there are not too many people. The scale of the monastery is OK. There is a relatively large small church. There are such beautiful dome murals in the church.

This monastery still has a look, especially his main church, the church is domed, the shape is very special, there are many religious figures on the facade three-dimensional carving, the interior decoration is also very complicated, not bad.
