The fifth floor of Chens residence is located next to the government of Luozhou Town. It is the residence built by Chen Baozhen after his return to his hometown. The fifth floor was built in the Qing Dynasty and was officially completed in the early Republic of China. It lasted for 25 years. The fifth floor consists of the Book House, the Reading House, the Fun House, the Tower and the North Tower. The scale of the building is large, with fish ponds and gardens. Chen Baozhen was born in Luozhou, Ji County, Fujian Province, and his great-grandfather Chen Ruolin officially went to the criminal department Shangshu. At the end of the Tang Dynasty, Chen Jia moved from Fujian to Gushi in the south, and settled in Luojiang during the Ming Dynasty. He was known as "Luozhou Chen" and was passed down to the 19th century. Chen Jia was the first to become a scholar in the eleventh year of Ming Jiajing's six-year-old ancestor Chen Huai. From then on, people often entered the career path from the imperial examination. Starting from Chen Ruolin, he began to show. Chen Baozhen is also living in Taifu. In the first year of Xuantong, Chen Baozhen was called to Beijing and served as the chief of the ceremonial school. After walking in Zhaoqing Palace, he served as the teacher of Xuantong Emperor Puyi and gave horse riding in the Forbidden City.
