Beginning with "Hwang Jin-yi", which opened a new chapter in Korean historical dramas, Korean film and television works such as "Gong S", "Sungkyunkwan Scandal" and "The Princess' Man" were all filmed in Chuanqiao Village. It is a representative of the local powerful residential buildings 300 years ago, and it is now a well-known Korean drama attraction. After hundreds of years of wind and rain, Chuanqiao Village is still well-preserved. The beautiful curve of the roof blends harmoniously with the surrounding environment, showing the ancient Korean people's idea of connecting with nature. The "boat" in Chuanqiao Village refers to the means of transportation. It is said that Gyeongpo Lake was in front of the gate when Chuanqiao Village was built, so boats must be used for transportation. In the past, Jingpu Lake with a circumference of 12 kilometers was gradually reduced to 4 kilometers in circumference due to the accumulation of sediment for many years, and the depth of the lake center was only one or two meters. Gyeongpo Lake can no longer be seen in Chuanqiaozhuang. Chuanqiao Village has been inhabited by Li Naifan and his descendants. The traditional house style has been well preserved for more than 300 years. It was once selected as one of the top ten most beautiful traditional houses in South Korea by KBS TV station.
