Learn about the dark history of transatlantic slave trade that lasted over 4 centuries at Cape Coast Castle this summer ⛅️
It's this intense historic spot that'll hit you right in the feels. This place was a major hub for the transatlantic slave trade, and the vibes are heavy, man. Walking through those dungeons where our brothers and sisters were held captive is a chilling experience. You can almost hear their whispers and feel their pain. But it's also a powerful reminder of resilience and the fight for freedom. The views from the castle are insane, overlooking the crashing waves and golden sands. It's like a bittersweet mix of beauty and sorrow. So, if you're up for a dose of real history and a chance to reflect, Cape Coast Castle is a must-visit. Just be prepared for an emotional rollercoaster~

The Cape Coast Castle is one of the most historic places to visit in Ghana or even Africa. Learnt a lot about the trans-Atlantic slave trade from this visit. It was quite an emotional experience for me. Although I forgot to take a picture, the view of the Atlantic ocean from this site is absolutely fantastic. Anyone who visits Ghana, must definitely visit this city and its castles and forts. #ghana #triplocal #historicalplace #travelinspiration

Kotoka International Airport Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
That’s my first time patrolling the Kotoka International Airport in Ghana. It was a great experience as I decided to get some little bit of experience as I was preparing to fly for the first time. I was really tensed as I entered because that was my first time. Luckily for me, I was with a close pal throughout the time spent over there. In a nutshell, I had some fun and experience.

Bojo Beach Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
Kokrobitey Bojo Beach ❤️☀️🌊⛱️
#beachaholic
Bojo Beach, situated in the charming town of Kokrobitey, is an exquisite getaway. Enclosed by a river on one side and the gleaming Atlantic Ocean on the other, your journey to the beach on a boat is an adventure in itself. The beach is famed for its clean, white sands and shimmering, blue waters, making it a delight for visitors. Its tranquil environment is an idyllic setting for sunbathing and enjoying the rhythm of the rolling waves. For the adventurous, local fishermen offer surfing lessons that guarantee an exhilarating experience. As the sun sets, the beach lights up with bonfires and lively drumbeats, setting the ambience for a relaxing evening. Bojo Beach is indeed Kokrobitey's beautiful secret.
House Party Go-Karts, located close to Bojo Beach on the Kokobite beach road is a fun place to go karting. Had a nice time with my friend. It costs 40ghc per person for just 8 minutes on the track ( which was too short for us 😆) ... It was a very short but fun experience. They also have an arcade games station and a restaurant. #gokart #thrill #arcade #games #ghana #bojo #funride #unforgettableexperiences

Jamestown Lighthouse
Be the lighthouse in someone else’s storm. This lighthouse is a real keeper. This trip has really buoyed my spirits. I wish to spend a lifetime near a lighthouse where loneliness will be the glimmer of luminous prancing upon ocean waves rising and falling only for my breathing.
