Photos of The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse, designed by Glasgow native designer Charles Rennie Mackintosh, opened in 1895 as the headquarters of the Glasgow local newspaper The Herald. Today it is Glasgow's Design and Architecture Centre, a diverse creative space for exhibitions and events. The lighthouse has six floors. When you climb to the top of the tower, you can overlook the beautiful scenery of the whole city and have an excellent view.
