University of Glasgow was founded in 1451. It’s one of the oldest universities in Scotland. It’s a must-visit place when people visit Glasgow. The attractions nearby are Botanic Gardens, Kelvingrove Park and Kelvingrove Museum. I would recommend the Indian restaurant there, it’s called Mother’s India café. It’s an authentic Indian restaurant and you can see the beautiful Kelvingrove Museum if you sit beside the window!

Glasgow University really made feel like I was in Hogwarts. Its majecstic design and architecture are incredible and impressive. Indeed a sight to behold and worth strolling if you are in Glasgow as it has a massive park. The entire campus is just beautiful. This isn't just a place for students to study but also for common tourists who wants to see this reputable University. Rating - 5/5 If you are looking for a place to exercise and don't want to have an instructor, this exercise will be suitable for you! Cycling is very common for the locals, hence they have come out with an indoor cycling class for those who like to cycle or training themselves to cycle or even those who can't cycle. What I like the most about this is there is no instructor and the class is led by Virtual Reality (not the kind that you will need to wear VR googles)! Looking through their projector to do the class, it motivates you to cycle hard as you know that you are moving! Nice place to see Glasgow CIty View. 24/7 Access for students Rating - 5/5 One of the favourite building in University of Glasgow - as it is modern design with facilities and the view from high level are highly rewarding, you will get to see the whole Glasgow City View! The building is commonly being used by Computing Science and Engineering students where they will get 24/7 access into the computer labs. At the first level of the building, there will be a cafe and also some vending machines available, so if you are walking from the starting point of the University (Main Building), you know where you get grab some food! Rating - 5/5 Went into the gift shop when passed by. What a surprise! The shop is actually quite big and having variety of different things such as Hoodies, T-shirts, Bags and many more. The design looks nice that makes you want to buy one home for yourself as souvenir. If you are looking for something special to buy for yourself or friends or family, I would suggest getting something that is more related to Scottish or even souvenir that related to UoG so that you can tell your friends and family that you were there. I would recommend to give it a visit after a day of tour (usually this is the end point)! Rating - 5/5 Whenever people come to Glasgow, they are usually attracted to the campus since they think that Harry Potter was being filmed here, but it's not! I would say one fact that you didn't know: The campus appeared for filming such as Outlaw King, Cloud Atlas and Outlander! (Ha! Any of your favourite?) Quadrangles and Cloisters have gothic revival architecture, and they're a beautiful location for photographs, as well. You could often see people reading or studying under the Quadrangles tree with friends or just relaxing there. If you are in Glasgow, one of the place I would recommend is actually visiting the University! When you visit the university, it makes you feel like you’re in Hogwarts Campus. I totally love the beautiful architecture! I suggest for a whole day tour in the campus as it's big and there are many places of interest that you can visit and located inside the school such as The Hunterian Museum, The Hunterian Art Gallery, The Visitor Centre Shop for University merchandise and Scottish gifts. Just this day, I met a wedding at the door of the church. The groom is handsome and handsome, the bride is beautiful and generous, and the guests present are dressed up.
