Beautiful peaceful location
We "hiked" up from Pythagoreio and were rewarded with some fabulous views down to the town and airport. The cave church is fascinating and also seems to be 15c cooler the moment you step inside.
Spiritual
The monastery is very spiritual, i am not exactly a believer but the atmosphere there is very unique. And of course with great view on the Aegean
