Guangzhou Tram Guide! The joy of 2 yuan is beyond your imagination
「 Breathe in the local atmosphere
· Shake hands with your little mood swings 」
In Guangzhou, trams are not just a means of transportation
But also, each station along the way is a scene!
Follow my steps and enjoy the happiness of 2 yuan ☺️
📍 Practical Romance
Guangzhou's trams are everyday transportation, but they really look great! If you catch the different stations when they are blooming, it's like a scene straight out of an anime!
Just 2 yuan for a ticket, from Guangzhou Tower Station to Wanshengwei Station, quickly connecting Tianhe District with Haizhu District~
🔸Tram Station Guide
🚈【Pazhou Bridge South】Station
✅If you want the cover shot, you need to get off at 【Pazhou Bridge South】station, then walk to Pazhou Bridge, and shoot towards the direction of 【Exhibition East】station, you can even capture the Canton Tower. But the shooting distance is not close, a telephoto lens is better
✅The environment near this station is quite nice, and it's worth getting off and taking a walk
·
🚈【Party Pier】Station
✅A great place to watch the sunset!
✅The area around Party Pier along the Pearl River has a nice environment, and there are many bars and restaurants, suitable for having a drink or a bite to eat after a day of strolling~
·
🚈【Pazhou Tower】Station
✅Around March, the yellow tabebuia trees by the station will be in full bloom!
✅Nearby is the Water Park, a nice park with a good environment
·
🚈【Liede Bridge South】Station
✅Around March, the kapok flowers by the station will bloom, and you can walk up to Liede Bridge after getting off to take a photo of the kapok flowers with the tram
These camera positions captured a stunning joint photo with the Canton Tower
Happy weekend, sleep until you wake up naturally, then meet up with friends for a meal in Zhujiang New Town~~In order not to waste this blue sky and white clouds, I had a sudden idea: why not take a walk around the Canton Tower and check out the beautiful spots recommended by netizens?
❣️Route: Wuyangcun Metro Station Exit B → Guangzhou Bridge → Ersha Island Hongcheng Park → Haixinsha Park → Haixin Bridge → Canton Tower
PS: This route was just a casual stroll for me, very smooth all the way~ Walking and stopping to take photos, even on the weekend there weren't many people (except in Haixinsha) and it was just right to wander until dusk, then leave from the Canton Tower Station (off to eat).
📸P1-4: After coming out of Wuyangcun Metro Station, locate the 'Democratic Building', walk forward and you can see the side of Guangzhou Bridge, the camera position is right at the bridge entrance~
📸P5-6: After taking the first camera position, walk up the Guangzhou Bridge, cross the Pearl River and you will come to Ersha Island Sculpture Park~ You can take photos of the lawn + Canton Tower + tiny human figures
📸Inside the Sculpture Park is Ersha Island Hongcheng Park (the flowers are not very pretty recently, not suitable for photos); through Hongcheng Park is Haixinsha Park, where there are a lot of people on weekends, everyone is picnicking and flying kites, sitting and chatting is very comfortable, but you need to find the right angle for photos (because of the crowd)
✨During dusk, walking on Haixin Bridge is very romantic and beautiful~ Very suitable for dating haha💗💗
Don't miss the spring in Guangzhou where the paths are blooming with flowers all the way
How can you miss the spring in Guangzhou, with flowers blooming all over the city and the fragrance everywhere,
The azalea paths that belong only to this spring are in full bloom, bringing much joy to those who come here to climb high and look far,
Flowers bloom all over the path, who doesn't like it?
-
Bring your family to see the flowers this week,
Here you have the azalea paths, you can also climb high to see far, and there is a Honghu Building on the top of the mountain that resembles the Yellow Crane Tower, from which you can overlook the cityscape of Guangzhou, with the Canton Tower also in sight.
The weather is clear, don't miss the sunset at Honghu Building
-
Location: Honghu Building
Address: Inside Jufang Garden, Luhu Park, Guangzhou
Transport: Take the subway line 5 to Xiaobei Station and then take a taxi, or take the bus to Luhu Park and walk to Jufang Garden
Opening hours: 08:00-18:00
Azalea Path:
Walk towards Honghu Building from Jufang Garden,
You will see the archway of Honghu Building, go up the stairs, and after about 15 minutes, you will see the azalea path, where the flowers near the Honghu Building are in fuller bloom.
-
Photography spots:
The stair platform going down from Honghu Building can capture a beautiful view of the flower path (Picture 1)
The third floor of Honghu Building can capture the cityscape of Guangzhou and the Canton Tower (Picture 2)
-
Travel suggestions:
It takes about 20 minutes to reach the top of Honghu Building, it is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
The view from the third floor of Honghu Building and above will be better, where you can capture the Canton Tower.
Remember to bring mosquito repellent, as there are many mosquitoes there.
There is also a snack bar inside Jufang Garden, if you plan to play for a longer time it is suggested to bring your own snacks.

Shenzhen Window of the World
This afternoon me, my wife and a couple of friends spent a whole day in Window of the World. It's been 7 years since I live in Shenzhen and I've never been here before and to be honestly I should have came before.
The place Itself isn't that worth for the price. Some miniatures already are old and not well cared but some places to play are quite fun!
What I most liked was the the dancing main presentation that happened at 19:30. That one was amazing and made worth the 220rmb paid at the entrance.
My suggestion is go right after lunch, food there is a bit expensive and not that good, better eat outside and keep the day withsome snacks or fast food. Nearby Nicaragua's waterfall has some hamburger that can help to keep full until leave the park for dinner.
The Window of the World, Shenzhen
#shenzhentrip
The Window of the World in Shenzhen is like a global adventure in miniature. It's a fascinating theme park where you can see scaled-down replicas of famous landmarks from all over the world in one place, from the Statue of Liberty to the Pyramids of Egypt.
The park is particularly enchanting at night when these miniature landmarks are beautifully illuminated, creating a magical atmosphere. It's a great spot for evening strolls and taking memorable photos. If you're looking for a unique and visually captivating attraction in Shenzhen, the Window of the World is a must-visit.

If you want to eat more, you can also go to Central Exchange first
Central Exchange has more to eat, eat and then stroll around Lijun Pangdu
Then you can wash and sleep, ready for the next day's itinerary
Day2⃣️
8:30 Love Tree

🐋 WHAT AN AMAZING AQUARIUM 🌊
The place was just beyond my expectations. Amazing aquarium, really awesome. Insane roller-coaster and the lights and fireworks show at the end are great. The Ocean Aquarium is one of the largest in the world and I could have spent all day there just watching the majestic whale sharks. There is a cafe that has direct viewing windows into the aquarium, providing the most amazing photo opportunities having a coffee watching rays, sharks and fish. Chimelong Ocean Kingdom has many attractions ranging from aquariums to performances to rollercoasters, which suit a wide variety of ages, making it an ideal destination for a family trip.

Worlds BIGGEST water/theme park!
Situated outside the Guangdong city of Zhuhai is Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and boy is this place awesome!
There is a whopping 8 areas to see within the park, all with a different theme. Loads of restaurants and chill out spots for the family and a MASSIVE aquarium area.
Don’t forget, at the end of the day there is a huge show put on including jet skis, water jet pack men, fireworks, drone displays - you name it, they’ve got it. However it is later on in the evening and the little kids may be struggling by this point after a long day of craziness.
Easiest way to travel to the park is shuttle bus from Zhuhai or take a taxi but traffic on the way back can be a little crazy leaving the park (talking from experience 😅) and obviously more expensive.
Have blast!

Nan'ao Island Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
The treasure island that has driven friends crazy with questions! It's not overseas, but Nan'ao Island in Guangdong!
The azure sea, lighthouses, dolphins, forests, and the island's ring road here perfectly assemble all the elements I love. It's simply the dream island of my heart!
I mean, you've got to take some time to stay on this enchantingly beautiful island for a few days, I guarantee it will lift your spirits.
📍Location: Nan'ao Island, Shantou, Guangdong
✈️Transportation: You can fly directly to Jieyang Airport, and then easily reach the island by self-driving or taking a taxi. Self-driving around the island for photos is even more comfortable!
🏨Accommodation: There are many accommodations on the island, and if you avoid holidays, the value for money is super high.
📷Sharing a few super photogenic spots on Nan'ao Island
1⃣️The first picture, the road leading to the azure sea, navigate to the entrance of Tianyu Mountain Villa, it's even more beautiful in the morning!
2⃣️A road leading to the sea discovered while self-driving around the island, navigate to Cape Beach Camp where there's also a swing facing the sea.
3⃣️The Tropic of Cancer, Nan'ao Bay Forest Park, you can drive in early in the morning, but electric vehicles are not allowed.
4⃣️Another road leading to the seaside, also a place to watch the sunrise, you can navigate to the Ibis Hotel, this road is on the way to the hotel.
5⃣️The wild hill behind the Ibis Hotel, completely uninhabited, overlooking the coastline, also an excellent spot to watch the sunrise. It requires climbing and hiking, suitable for those with outdoor experience.
6⃣️Nan'ao Bridge, the sea bridge you must cross when entering or leaving the island, next to the Changshanwei Lighthouse, you can check in both places.
7⃣️Sanchuan Cliff Lighthouse, the red and white lighthouse on the seaside cliff, looks great when shot with a telephoto lens.
8⃣️Qian'ao Bay Lighthouse, rocks, sea, beach, the only lighthouse where you can walk down to the beach for a photo.
9⃣️The lonely tree, navigate to Yuman Cang. Go fishing, and you'll find this tree. It's said that a viewing platform has been built now.
If you have the chance, you must self-drive around the island. The scenery along the way is really amazing. When I went there in the summer, I was even lucky enough to see a group of dolphins🐬!
Travel Sharing, Nan'ao Island·3 Days 2 Nights·Non-self-driving Tour Guide
It is recommended to play on sunny days, with a temperature of about 10 degrees Celsius. It is suggested to wear a fleece base shirt with a sweatshirt or sweater, and carry a jacket to deal with the strong wind by the sea.
**Transportation:**
- High-speed rail: from Shenzhen to Shantou.
- Bus: Take the 161K route (12 yuan) from Shantou Railway Station to the Tourist Center, then transfer to the 601 route (7 yuan) to the Tropic of Cancer Square, and walk to Qing'ao Bay. Shared electric cars can be used on the island, with a deposit of 199 yuan, riding about 50 kilometers, enjoying the beautiful scenery.
**Accommodation Suggestions:**
- Near Qing'ao Bay: Suitable for watching the sunrise.
- Near Houzhai Town: Recommended for watching the sunset and tasting food.
**Recommended Scenic Spots:**
1. Qian'ao Bay Lighthouse
2. Sanchuangya Lighthouse
3. Changshanwei Lighthouse
4. Tropic of Cancer Square
Unable to visit Qiaozai Peng and the backyard, but you can see the windmill of Qiaozai Peng at the foot of the mountain.
**Gourmet Selection:**
*Qing'ao Bay:*
1. Sister Xu's dishes: mainly seafood, high cost performance, recommend seaweed fried rice and oyster pancake.
2. Tofu Flower: The stall at the entrance of the Tropic of Cancer Square has delicious tofu flower and sea stone flower, which is more delicious when hot.
*Houzhai Town:*
1. Jie Xin Milk Dessert Family: Highly recommended double skin milk, rich milk flavor, affordable price, and fried tofu.
2. Ran Ji Sugar Water: Near Jie Xin, the special coconut juice hot pot and milk tea hot pot are recommended items.
3. Ah Liu Barbecue: Not tasted, but go early to avoid missing it due to the last bus time on the island.
*Shantou Food:*
1. Xinghua Wuji Beef Hot Pot: Make an appointment in advance on the Princess number, must order beef dumplings, other beef is also delicious.
2. Chen Ji Shunhe Beef Hot Pot: Near Shantou Station, the taste is good.
3. A Cup of Chao Tea: Must drink in Shantou, the appearance is attractive, cream top and full sugar can be tried.
4. Twelve Middle School Strawberry Ice: Try a cup, winter ice warriors can try.
5. Ah Guang Licorice Fruit: The taste is sour and sweet.
I really don't regret going to Nan'ao Island this season!
Nan'ao Island is really good for taking pictures
It's winter, it's time to go to some warm islands to renew the summer. Take bus 161k directly from Shantou Railway Station (one bus per hour, grasp the time, we didn't plan well, the time we arrived just left, didn't want to waste time and took a carpool, 30 per person, 50 bargained down, haha really smart)
". Nan'ao Island is quite big and there are many scenic spots. Sisters who are not self-driving are recommended to rent a small electric car. We rented 50 a day and a deposit of 50. The cost performance is super high and the power is very durable. After a whole day of speeding, only two grids are used.
In terms of route, you can follow the navigation around the sea. The more popular lighthouse, bridge, square, lonely tree, and Tropic of Cancer are all on the way.
Because my sisters and I are senior islanders, we didn't take the usual route and took the mountain road in the middle. The view of the sea from the top of the mountain is also unique. We encountered a super photogenic mountain road in the middle. The leaves are dense and the sun is shining. It's great to take pictures. Sisters who have visited the island can hide it.
Pay attention
Pay attention to the sunset time. It's best not to be in the mountains when it's dark. The mountain road is quite dangerous when it's dark, and it's best to get to the beach before sunset. The sunset on Nan'ao Island is really beautiful. It's the kind of beauty that you won't get tired of watching a few times.
About the weather, the perceived temperature is warm, you can wear summer skirts, but when the sea breeze blows over, under the shade of trees and when riding a bike, it's very cold. It is generally recommended to wear early spring and autumn clothes, or summer clothes with a large coat
Trust me, traveling to Nan'ao Island is so wonderful, quickly save this practical guide
On the right is the sea, on the left is a large area of bougainvillea, leisurely and comfortable is my evaluation of Nan'ao Island.
I stayed on Nan'ao Island for 6 days. I planned to stay for three nights before departure, but it was so comfortable that I extended it for 2 nights.
✨I went in early November, you can wear shorts and suspenders, but it is recommended to wear a long sleeve when riding a bike.
✨The temperature is not stuffy, very comfortable, wearing shorts is no problem, you can change into long pants when you go to the beach at night.
⏰Time planning
Nan'ao Island can be finished in two days, if your time is limited, 2-3 days are also OK.
Ps: If you want to find a small island to lie flat and experience slow life, here is really too suitable, cost-effective!!
·
🚗Transportation
1⃣Bus: Route 161 (15 yuan), you can rent an electric bike to go around the island for 60-100 yuan;
2⃣Rent a car: Rent a car from Shantou and drive around the island (highway fee 96)
3⃣Taxi: I don't recommend it personally, the taxi fare is higher, it depends on the individual.
·
🏠Accommodation:
It is recommended to stay near Houzhai Town, it is very convenient to eat, it is a more concentrated town, if you live far away, it is not convenient to eat;
I stayed in a sea view homestay, the cream style is very suitable for young ladies to take pictures together and eat takeout 😂
·
📋Notes for renting a car to go around the island:
✅Start from the south line to go around the island, so you are riding along the seaside, you won't miss any scenery.
✅If you have enough time, you can go around the south line one day and the north line one day, I personally feel that the experience will be better.
✅There are many stalls for renting cars, you can compare and bargain more (I rented for two days, bargained to 50 a day, there is no problem with the battery around the island).
·
💰About the cost
This cost is only my cost in the off-season in November, there are basically no tourists in November.
Accommodation: 500 (this is the price for 5 nights, picture 10 and picture 11 are photos of the homestay, there is a refrigerator and a balcony 😂 I didn't plan to post notes, so I didn't take pictures, the refrigerator is very nice in cream style)
Rent a car: 100
Island bus: 30 (round trip)

My friends thought I had gone abroad, but I am in Guangzhou
Guangzhou, Shamian Island.
It is a sandbar formed by the Pearl River, hence the name Shamian. In the early days, Shamian was an important port in Guangzhou. After a hundred years, more than a dozen countries have set up consulates on Shamian, nine foreign banks, more than forty foreign companies operated on Shamian, and the Guangdong Customs Club, Guangzhou Club and others were established on Shamian. With the changes in modern history, Shamian has become a microcosm of China's modern history and the history of concessions. The European-style buildings on Shamian Island have formed a unique open-air architectural 'museum'.
Surrounded by ancient trees, shaded by green trees, and fragrant with flowers🌸The sun jumps between the leaves, and from time to time you can hear the birds singing🕊Wandering among these colorful ancient buildings🏰Everywhere is beautiful scenery, free and comfortable, lazy and casual.
Every day there are many photography enthusiasts to check in📸Literary and artistic small shops, coffee shops☕️, French restaurants🍽Guangzhou is in a hurry, Shamian is leisurely. Feel the unique Cantonese romance!💕
A historical European oasis in Guangzhou
Shamian Island is my favourite place in Guangzhou and it was my safe haven during my 6 months living there, it was an oasis of calm in such a chaotic city. The Island was divided into concessions given to France and the UK in the 19th century and foreigners lived and worked on the island to help support the export of Chinese products. The island is separated from the mainland by a small river and this created a self contained zone that allowed western nations to establish trade missions without ‘being present’ on the mainland. Ultimately America, France, Holland, Italy, Germany, Portugal, japan and the UK had a presence on the island in big stone mansions along the water.
The buildings now house cafes, restaurants and shops and has become a surreal tourist destination, the buildings lining the street were built in the style of their respective western powers so it feels like you could be in Paris, London or Amsterdam. The buildings are grand and imposing as each nation tried to outdo the other with their architectural styles, leaving tree lined boulevards lined with buildings that stand out against the Chinese city that has developed around them.
You can reach the island via the Huangsha metro station and then walking over an overpass, also many bus routes have stops just outside the bridge that links the island to greater Guangzhou.
I’d really recommend this to anyone living in or visiting Guangzhou who is overwhelmed by the sheer scale and pace of the city, I used to love taking a book or my laptop to the Starbucks and just enjoying the peace.
