广州最后一家被我吃掉的米其林，四季酒店的愉粤轩餐厅。服务很热情，装修很有范儿，还有繁华夜景可以欣赏，算是一个好去处。价格不算便宜，人均快一千了，但是毫不怀疑做到很好的食材。总体出品不错，值得表扬的是每一道菜食材都很棒，椰香脆皮鸡特别推荐，肉嫩皮脆，椰汁的浓香味道在肉里面很突出；五谷煮花胶品质很高，无可挑剔；乳鸽和杨枝甘露无缺点；出名的至尊海皇煲我不是很喜欢，总觉得汁水不够润滑浓郁，炖得火候没我理想的好。这是一家值得来的米其林，稍许瑕疵可以不计较，广州没有我吃的米其林了，少了一点乐趣，下次来专门挑苍蝇馆子下手。
