What people are saying:

On the day of the Lantern Festival, went to five public parks, this year five public parks can be a highlight of Haikou tourism, from the hotel to the bus, 2 yuan is very convenient. Tickets: 30 yuan / person, children 1.2 half price above, adult tickets also send a rose, in terms of attractions and performances, the price is very high, value for the ticket price. The Lantern Festival is not only a good night scene but also a good show. Because it is already 8:30 when I entered the scenic spot, it is a little regrettable to see the Qiong opera performance. But I saw Miss Wen, there is also a lion dance performance. The last scene of the lion dance performance is 21:20. It's a very infectious show, like.

    Very quiet place

A place to visit for someone is interested in local history. Nice and quiet garden. Things look very new. Nothing much to see.

Might give this attraction higher points in the winter, but there's nothing much to see here and the sun was scorching hot. We went back to the hotel after a while

Additional Information

Five Officials' Temple is located in Haikou's urban district. It is a cultural relic and monument to the culture of ancient Chinese eunuchs, to Hainanese history and culture and to traditional architecture with Hainanese characteristics. The temple was built to commemorate five famous historical figures from the Tang and Song Dynasties who were banished to Hainan Island. The most famous building at the center of Five Officials' Temple is a two-story structure built entirely out of redwood with green roof tiles. Surrounded by lush tropical greenery, it is an extremely solemn and beautiful sight.
