这家日料餐厅主打的是定食套餐，众所周知，日本的定食是十分著名的，而且是非常健康的，因为里面的米饭，荤素的搭配都是定量的，所以也得名定食。这家店的定食选择真的蛮多的呢，有我最爱的天妇罗定食，牛肉寿喜锅，刺身拼盘，特别是蒸蛋，很嫩滑，吃完了，还有水果可以吃，营养搭配真的是很均衡了。

非常亲民低调的米其林二星怀石料理。坐落于元町附近，附近有电车站，十字町走过去也不过10分钟。不过店铺很低调几乎看不到招牌。提前订的位子和中档5000的mini怀石套餐（主要是觉得整个套餐可能吃不下，果然mini套餐刚刚好）。到店的时候正好有个小鲜肉日本小哥服务员出来送客人，看到我们连忙热情招呼，结果我们这个房正好就是他服务。而且这个日本小哥是我整个北海道trip碰到英文讲的最好的日本人。菜品卖相非常精致，典型的怀石风格，最好吃的的煎带子和鱿鱼刺身。北海道带子食材新鲜，煎的火候刚刚好，肉质鲜嫩。鱿鱼很新鲜，切的很细，入口口感很好，比在函馆朝市的好吃很多。环境好的没话说，是个带日式小庭院的包房，安静舒适。

As a result, our room was just his service. And this Japanese brother is the best Japanese I have encountered in English on my entire Hokkaido trip. Hokkaido tape ingredients are fresh, the fried hot weather is just right, and the meat is fresh and tender. The salmon is very fresh, the cut is very thin, the entrance tastes very good, much better than the one in Hakodate Chaoshi. 富茂登，连锁日料餐厅，也是一家主打怀石日料的餐厅，环境非常优雅，只接受提前预约，所以想吃的伙伴们，一定要电话或者网上提前预约位置和时间。菜品则是非常精致，味道也相当的不错。
