Mortadella还不错，但是少了点Rucola总是觉得差点意思。Carbonara不太行，Guanciale切片口感丧失，或者用的就是Pancetta，反而黑松露就是个锦上添花的存在，没有的话应该同样好吃。如果是尝鲜，可以去试试，如果为了好味道的话，暂时不必。

上菜非常快，幸好没有等太久，味道很清爽，一点都不腻，推荐喜欢相似口味的朋友们来！
