Su Dongpo once had a poem that "the mountains and the mountains are everywhere, and the most loved the spirits are flying to the peaks." Lingyin Temple, founded in the first year of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, has a history of more than 1,670 years, also known as Yunlin Temple. The Indian monk Hui Li sees the scenery here, thinking that it is "the immortal hide" built a temple here, taking the name of the spirit. During the Five Dynasties, Wu Yue, the king of Wuyue, believed in Buddhism and Guangjian Temple. At that time, the Lingyin Temple was grand in scale and 3,000 people became the famous Jiangnan. The stone tower in front of the Daxiong Hall, the stone frame in front of the Heavenly King Hall are the relics of Wu Yueshi of the Five Dynasties and Ten States. The Buddhist relics collected in Lingyin Temple include ancient Baye scriptures, Eastern Wei dynasty golden Buddha statues, Ming Dong Qichang's writings of the Diamond Sutra, Qingzheng Zhengmu carved dragons and so on, all of which are precious treasures. On the central axis of the whole temple building are the Tianwang Hall, the Daxiong Hall and the Pharmacist Hall. I really like this place, if I come again, I will give it enough time to appreciate it. Although there are many tourists, the fresh air and the different shapes of Buddha statues make people feel worthwhile.
