The museum building was newly designed by Nagasaki, with a construction area of 202000 square meters, 30 meters high, and a display area of 7800 square meters. It is divided into four theme exhibition halls in eight areas: the prelude hall, the wetland and human hall, the China Wetland Hall, the Xixi Wetland Hall and the special exhibition hall.
