This place is well worth the visit. We went for the 7 course with wine package, and found that to be good value. None of the wines were really stellar, but went well with the combinations. The only exception was the first glass of prosecco, which was rather boring with the appetizer. The food was excellent - however we found that that the dishes had a wery recurring taste theme - which is common in the Nordic kitchen - but I think you can actually have a full taste experience with the 5 course. Service was great - we got to choose the table that we wanted, and the waiter was efficient and discreet.

Restaurant O

The front desk of the Palace recommended two restaurants, one Pegasus and one FARM. This one was eaten on the last night in Tallinn. The environment should feel the most quiet and comfortable in several restaurants on this trip. The kitchen, with background music and transparent glass, is a more fashionable style, although it is an Estonian cooking department. Basically, each restaurant will deliver bread before the meal, so you can order no starters, only juice and main course. The juice is indeed freshly squeezed, so it is squeezed right away, fresh with natural sweetness. The main dish is meatballs with cream mushroom mashed potatoes. The meatballs are actually quite ordinary and the meat is real, but they are scattered in a bunch. In addition to the sauce with blueberry sauce, the acid is sweet, um. . Ok, I don&#39;t feel impressed. Cream mushroom mashed potatoes, I think this combination will basically be delicious, so a small pot is eaten, although so delicious, still can not be compared with Olde Hansa&#39;s cream mushroom soup. Not at a level.

The location of this restaurant is very good. It is on the first floor of the city hall. You can see the entrance here in the city government square. I think it can&#39;t be called a restaurant at all. It feels like a bistro is lit by candles.

Best restaurant in town. The butter was great ;) The service was good, I found it surprising that it was not fully booked.

Good taste, good service, very beautiful environment

I was excited to visit this highly rated and pricey Tallinn establishment in expectation of the types of meals i have had in other Nordic countries. This is certainly a restaurant with high ambitions and the service and execution must be commended. It also features a nice craft beer selection from across Estonia. Few dishes however stand out with a remove several weeks.

Restaurant &Oslash; is a very very good restaurant, with a talented and dedicated staff. But after having eaten the five course tasting menu, accompanied by the wine menu, you sit back not really able to remember any of the dishes or the wines that was served. The food is very stringent Nordic, but sometimes the concept and presentation seems to be more in focus than the taste and the wine is in general not on the level you would expect. If you want to experience the Nordic Cusine Restaurant &Oslash; could be a good choice, but go there for the experience not for the taste.
