Located in the town centre. Described as one of the biggest reclining buddhas in the world it certainly is huge. Not much else around but still worth the effort for a short visit.
There were not much people there when we arrived, may be it is because it is about 1.00pm. The weather was hot and the sun was shining bright. It is one of the world’s largest reclining Buddha. It i...
The Hat Yai Temple was constructed in 1917 in the city of Songkhla, Thailand. It is a monastery in Songkhla. The temple is especially large and has a Thai architectural style. Devoted to the world's third largest reclining Buddha, 35 meters long, it is very spectacular. The scenery in the area is beautiful, the air is fresh, and you can sense the solemnity of Buddhism.
TempleAccording to thai people is a must visit temple if you are in hatyai, not much to do here but good for praying.

Appreciate the local customs and customs of Thailand This is the largest ancient temple in Songkhla province. This is the Hat Yai Vietnam Temple that contains the local customs and customs of Thailand. That's right, this time I parachuted to Hat Yai Viet Temple in Hat Yai, Thailand. Location: Near Khlong U Taphao Bridge, Hat Yai, Thailand Tickets: Free and open Hat Yai Yue Temple is located very close to Hat Yai, which is equivalent to the suburbs of Hat Yai! At that time, I thought the temple was in this location. It's just right. You can cultivate your body and mind in such an elegant environment, and it is very convenient. It is only three kilometers from Hat Yai. But the only thing is that my navigation is not obedient, and it seems to be malfunctioning when I come here. My understanding is that the aura here is too strong, haha. (>_<) But it doesn't matter, just ask any passer-by who knows it, it's easy to find. There is also one of the three largest reclining Buddhas in the world in Hat Yai Viet Temple, which is a good place to visit. A huge golden wolf was lying comfortably on the main hall, and his expression was very pleasant. And what surprised me very much was that there was a monk inside who could speak Chinese, which surprised me too much. In the evening, Hat Yai Yue Temple was here to see the night view of the city, it was very beautiful. The outline and panoramic view of the entire city are unobstructed, and the colorful rainbow lights are brightly lit at night. It is a good choice to watch the night view here.
Visit the world's third largest reclining Buddha. Come to Thailand's bustling city of Hat Yai for a tour, and my wife to see Hat Yai Vietnam Temple which is known as the world's third largest reclining Buddha. This peaceful temple is not far from the city center. From the Kongta Bridge, you can easily see the temple on the right side of the bridge. After passing the bridge, cross the road to reach the temple. Except for the main "holy day" period for Thai Buddhists, it is very busy, with believers and tourists from all over the world gathering here. The main statue is a huge reclining Buddha, which is said to be one of the three largest Buddha statues in the world. There are also some smaller Buddha statues that are also very inspired. The reclining Buddha is very huge, and the sleeping Buddha statue is placed in a room. The architectural design is unique. You stand near the statue, like a huge Buddha looking down at the dwarf. I have seen many reclining Buddhas in Penang Sukhothai Historical Park and Ayutthaya Historical Park in Kota Bharu, but the reclining Buddha here is unique and the atmosphere is friendly and peaceful. Behind the statue is a sacred building where you can get the blessing of the abbot of the temple. If you want to spend some time meditating, there is an advantage here, but you must tell your driver to let him wait a little longer. There are also flowers and small fishes for sale here. Flowers are used to worship the Buddha. Small fishes are here to be released. Compassionate friends can try it. It only took us about half an hour to visit the temple, except that the courtyard gate passed a wet market where many local fruits were sold. I bought a bunch of bananas at one of the fruit stalls for about 30 baht and enjoyed it with my wife. Bananas are cheap, nutritious and sweet. They provide us with instant energy so that I can continue walking. Tips: 1. Since this is the temple area, it is recommended that you dress appropriately. 2. The round trip price from the train station to Hat Yai Yue Temple is 50 baht.
I heard that there is the third largest reclining Buddha in the world, so I came to visit it.
