Church of Holmen

Situated in the heart of Copenhagen, the Island Church is a small and inconspicuous church, but it has a very long history of nearly 500 years. When we went, the church was closed. There was no way to visit the scenic spot. We could only take pictures outside. However, although the church was not tall and grand enough, it was still very delicate and very durable.

The church is very beautiful, and its structure is very stylish. It has a long history and is well preserved. If you are interested, you can spend some time here to have a look and understand it. Individuals are just visiting outside, not going in.

The small island church is a church in central Copenhagen, Denmark. It was built in 1563 and was converted into a naval church by Christian IV. In 1967, the current Queen Margaret II of Denmark and Prince Henrik were married here. Danish celebrities such as composer Niels Gard were buried here, and there are artworks by Bartel Tovarsen and others in the hall.

The roof was very beautiful. If you look at the church from a high place, it's in the shape of a cross.

The riverside is very beautiful, quiet church, simple and beautiful building, red brick exterior wall, no matter from which point of view is very beautiful.
