The Helsinki Music Center is not a long-standing building. It is very modern. The specially designed concert hall is actually underground and can accommodate thousands of people. If you come here to enjoy music, many songs are very local culture and characteristics, you can enjoy a lot of wonderful music.
Helsinki Concert Hall
Designed by PR Architects Ltd, it was completed and put into use in November 2011.
The building is not too high on the ground, but it is said that the main concert hall is seven stories deep underground, and many small concert halls, including the Sibelius Conservatory, are underground. In fact, the height difference between the east and the west of the building is very large. The main entrance is on the high side of the road. When entering the foyer, you can take the long escalator and go down two floors to reach the evacuation hall. Walk flat to the other side of the glass box, which is already on the ground.
Finlandia Hall is an impressive concert hall, with cafe and conference facilities. Many conferences have been held in this house. We saw it only from the outside. We get there after a very pleasant walk from the railway station to the Finlandia Hall. We stroll through a parklike area from the Kiasma modern art museum.
A concert and convention hall with history dating back to 1971. The beauty of the building is due to the white façade of the cararra marble.
I like to come here to enjoy music. Many songs have local culture and characteristics, and you can enjoy a lot of wonderful music.
