We visited Ken's twice during our stay in Hilo and loved it both times. The food is fresh, with generous portions, and reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The sweet bread French toast was amazing!
There are a lot of people, and the seats are basically full. The portion of the dishes is large, typical American food, and the small portion of burger is enough. The set meal with salad is not bad. The taste is also good, much better than the street shops. The service attitude is very good.
The sandwiches here are very good, pancake is also very good, and the seller's service attitude is also good.
The environment is warm and comfortable, the service is attentive, and the food tastes good
