The restaurant at the InterContinental Hotel, although the restaurant is large, is well designed and divided into several small areas. The service is very good, the waiters are very enthusiastic and I hope to make the guests happy and satisfied. The restaurant serves a rich variety of Asian dishes, including Vietnamese rice noodles and some Western dishes to choose from. It would be better if there were more sushi and Vietnamese tropical fruit. Overall, though, breakfast here was great.

The restaurant is a bit lost, the steak is really excellent, it is unforgettable, the early season is very good, the meat is fresh and delicate, the plate is very delicate, the taste is very good, this price, it is really surprising, with a bottle of good year wine, no more enjoyable than this.

餐厅很高级，也很休闲，服务生都是很养眼的，服务很专业，带位也很优雅，鳕鱼做得不错，没有很油腻，饭很香，整锅上，菜比较有创意，但是位置不怎么好找，需要花些时间。

没有预约，就一群人跑过去了，店员都是帅哥美女，全程英文交流，菜单很在线，食物都十分精致，反正看到大厨们的操作，十分放心，甜品很出色，味道很独特，造型还不错，服务佳。

餐厅很惊艳，感觉留下很多殖民地色彩，用餐的人不多，基本上是一对一的服务了，鹅肝口感很绵滑细腻，鳕鱼好吃，味鲜，食物就像对待艺术品一样，很花心思，而且推荐的酒很容易入口，一切都很到位。

Authentic Vietnam experience This is a very good restaurant with creative decoration. Staff were friendly and they recommended delicious dishes. We tasted carrot salad, raw bread rolls, green curry and wok, all delicious. Better was dessert. We tasted banana pudding and coconut desserts, they were all great. For a real Vietnam experience, it is highly recommended not to miss this restaurant.

What a great experience! We finally found Vietnamese pancakes here!!! This restaurant is located on the second floor near the Nikolai Vietel Hotel. When you go upstairs, you can see some traditional oriental elements and decorations. We arrived around 2 o&#39;clock, not many people, sitting in the seats to enjoy the scenery. The staff here are helpful and friendly. We ordered papaya salad, fish balls and traditional Vietnamese pancakes. They were all delicious! Pancakes were the highlight of this meal! Great!!!!! Will come again! Thank you for your pancakes!

洲际酒店的餐厅，虽然餐厅很大，但设计得很好，分隔成几片小区域。服务很好，服务员都非常热情，很希望能让客人开心满意。餐厅供应样式丰富的亚洲菜，包括有越南米线，还有一些西餐可以选择。如果能再多一些寿司，以及越南热带水果就更好啦。不过，总的来说，在这里享用早餐很棒。

这家自助餐厅相当实惠，装潢高大上，食材也高大上，以海鲜和烧烤为主，相对价格，用料算是十分良心了。食材烹饪的味道也好，就是游客太多，人满为患。

胡志明市的洲际酒店自助餐，除了环境很不错，东西真心一般般，里面都是大陆货，没什么海鲜，也没有帝王蟹系类的，牛排品质很一般。
