The Bitexco Financial Tower of Ho Chi Minh City is also known as the “roof of the city”. The famous American architect Carlos Zapata used the symbol of Vietnamese culture as a symbol of lotus. Urban landmarks often become the benchmark for a city or a country's economic development. Ho Chi Minh's Bitexco Financial Tower seems to be proclaiming to the world that Vietnam is not only a landscape, but also a gradual economy.
The best place to see the best of Ho Chi Minh City view. Worth coming during sunset. Crowds weren’t alot.
Another sky bar. Nice to get the evening breeze with a cocktail in the evening.
Saigon Skydeck is one of the top attractions of Ho Chi Minh City. It is worth every cent of the $10 USD fee to visit as the views of the city from there are simply spectacular. There also is a small museum with regular exhibits - the latest one was on the Ao Dai, Vietnamese traditional women's dress.
Excellent views of Ho Chi Minh City
The bar above offers a great view for a lower cost.Following another users tip we chose to go to the bar above for a drink, rather than go to the main level. The main level is 200k per person. If you go inside the regular entrance, up one level, and then to the mini stairs at the back a staff member would take you up to the bar. Drinks are around 160k for a cocktail, 240 for a 1l pitcher of beer. At that point it is worth it to see the view on a sunny day.
