Could have been perfectWent there on 30 march. We had the degustatiom menu and the food is really top notch. Food wise..its perfect. I was almost in heaven. Unfortunately we were served by a black faced female server. This person had serious attitude problem and should not even be in the service industry. 1) we were still choosing the menu and she just came over and ask beef or lamb. She did not bother to introduce the specialities etc and assume we wanted the degustation 2) She was laying the plates and remember this is a high end restuarant. she just grudgingly put the utensils and pushed aside our side plates causing the wifes untensil to literally flew off the table TWICE. 3) we ordered wine but she forgot abt it. Asked for butter she also forgot 4) when she was introducing each dish, she literally cant be bothered and just wanted to walk away as fast as possible. Loved itwe were a big party that ate hear. Five of ten people were vegetarians. The chef prepared a special vegan meal for us. All ten of us agreed. A great meal. green pea soup was great. Ravioli with buratta stuffing melted in my mouth. Maybe the best i ever had. Pasta with black truffle was delicious, if i had one complaint they could have been a little less generous with the black truffle. Fish was great. Meat was stupendous. Black truffle ice cream dessert was a little gimmicky but delicious none the less. Service perfect. Restaurant beautiful. i will come back every trip to Hong Kong. Worth five stars.
Very goodI am Italian. I travel a lot and have eaten in many restaurants (mostly expensive!) all over the world. Well guys, this is a good restaurant. No doubt about. You go from homemade bread to risotto al dente (simply perfect!).... definitely to recommend. For dining in this restaurant waiting is justified. You wont be disappointed after all..... bravo to the chef Bombana!!
