if you’re looking for a place to enjoy a quite afternoon tea with a budget under $500, I would recommend #conrad lobby lounge. From now to end of Feb, they’re partnering with local teahouse MingCha to present tea-inspired delicacies. Aside from the goji berries scones, I enjoyed the abalone tart, Alaskan king crab salad with salmon roe sandwich, barbeque pork puff pastry and osmanthus cheesecake.
