Tsim Tung is east of Tsim Sha Tsui. It can be said that this is one of the busiest areas in Hong Kong and one of the most scenic areas in Hong Kong. There's the sea breeze from Victoria Harbour. There's a perfect combination of business and art like K11. There's also a variety of gourmet food. Of course, it's also one of the most mixed areas in Hong Kong every time.
For me, the most impressive thing about Tsim Tung is the subway station, maybe the Tsim Tung Station of Hong Kong Railway. Of course, I later understood that Tsim Tung is the abbreviation of Tsim Sha Tsui's Eastern part. There are many scenic spots nearby. Star Wharf, Starlight Avenue, Star Garden, Seaside View Platform, Victoria Harbour, and many museums are located in it, including Hong Kong Space Museum, Art Museum and the Salisbury Duke. Park and Hong Kong Cultural Centre.
No tickets, of course, the cost-effective ratio is very good, transportation is convenient, free travel can be, the most important thing is not a pile of shops to buy souvenirs for you, facing Victoria Harbour, the weather is good, the scenery is good, but once or twice it will be like that.
Tsim Dong is the name of a West Rail Station in most people's eyes. In fact, since the Starlight Avenue begins at the Star Ferry Pier in the Harbour City stretches from west to east, the coastline enjoying the scenery of Victoria Harbour has been leading to Tsim Dong. Compared with the core area of Tsim Sha Tsui, there are more residential buildings and Hotel and business buildings, so the atmosphere of life will be stronger.
Tsim Tung, as its name implies, should be the east of Tsim Sha Tsui. From the Tsim Sha Tsui subway station, many scenic spots, shopping malls and hotels are very close to the subway station, which is very convenient. Here you can go to Starlight Garden, enjoy the scenery of Victoria Harbour at the seaside, or go shopping in Tsim Sha Tsui.
Tsim Tung is located between Tsim Sha Tsui Metro Station and Tsim Tung Station in Hong Kong. The whole Victoria Harbour is in full view. There are many five-star hotels, Shangri-La and Rich Hotels in Kowloon are in Tsim Tung. Yong An Department Store is also at the exit of the subway station. Many sports-loving foreigners run around the seaside every day.
Major tourist hub in Hong Kong, great place for a stroll or if you want to go shopping. Extremely busy and crowded though. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops. If you want to stay in the city center but don’t want to book a room in expensive hotel, you can choose from various unpretentious hostels. Easy way to get around is using the MTR. Tsim Sha Tsui Clock Tower and Avenue of stars are not only nearby but are also must-see landmarks.
I wouldn't stay anywhere else in HK - I frequently travel to HK for business & Langham Place feels like my 2nd home. The location, the hotel & facilities make this place perfect. Upgrade to Club Level - The staff (Gary, Hayden, Cy, Lilian, Zeth, David, Kaycee, Felix & Dash) make each stay so memorable. Incredible staff, wonderful service - 5 stars all the way!
