A Mei Wenhua Village

Ami Cultural Village is a famous tourist attraction in Hualien. It mainly introduces the life style of former Taiwanese residents. In addition to running souvenirs, ornaments, marbles and local shops, the village also displays many cultural relics such as original Ami houses, clothing, daily utensils, fishing and hunting tools and canoes, which are the best places for tourists to know Ami culture. There are five performances a day. In addition to the last two regular performances, the remaining three performances are decided by the number of performers. The host is the Amy Queen selected from the annual festival. The performances include wedding dance, souvenir dance, farming dance, rice dance and warrior spiritual dance. Ami men and women singing vigorously and gracefully, dancing beautiful and moving, traditional mountain singing and dancing performance style is unique, well-known. Self-driving route - "from No. 1 (Zhongshan Gao) to Xizhi system interchange road/from No. 3 (2 Gao) to Nangang system interchange road to No. 5 (Beiyi Highway), through Xueshan Tunnel from Su-Macao Exchange Road down to Tai 9 direction, after arriving at Ji'an, turn Renli Second Street, and then connect Nanbin Road to Ami Culture Village.

Ami Cultural Village belongs to a large tribe. There are many Ami ethnic groups here, all of them are people with a surname.
