We ordered a tasting menu of 7 courses. We had a lot of tasting menus and the chef here did a good job, slowed down and didn't make it too greasy, so at the end we didn't "hurt". The wine waiter was commendable, he picked us a lot of good wines made from little known German grapes, but also some memorable heavyweights. The Burgundy white wine was special, but we also enjoyed the wines of the Franken region. Scallop mushroom soup and apricot dessert - wow, it was really great.
