Huating Temple

As the largest Zen resort in Kunming, it can be said that the world's famous mountain monks occupy a lot. It is a temple hosted by the Xuyun Zen Master of the Queen Cixi for six years. The environment is quiet and sits for a while in the ancient wooded environment can fully adjust the mentality.

Kunming's famous local Buddhist monasteries are located in the beautiful Xishan Scenic Area on the outskirts of the city. The surrounding vegetation is lush, quiet and tidy, the monasteries are large in scale, the buildings are simple, the temples are beautiful, and the religious atmosphere is strong.

Huating Temple is really good. When I went there, I happened to sing sutras, the Sanskrit voice was windy, Buddha shadow was singing sutras. It was very touching. Yellow walls, red flowers, a closed window, rich colors, strong sense of measurement, or quite like it.

Huating Temple is divided into three floors, the scale is grand, the layout is strict, the left is lying Buddha, Taihua Mountain Peak, the right is next to the jade case, the blue Zhuji, the front to the Dianchi Lake. Standing in front of the temple, looking far away, surrounded by the mountains, the eyes are full of eyes; Whenever the sky is clear, the water and the sky are the same, and the lake is a clear lake, which reflects the peaks of the lake more beautifully.

The monastery is not big, but it is a monastery with a long history in Kunming. Huating Temple is located in Xishan Forest Park in the western suburbs of Kunming.

Master Xuyun has lived in Huating Temple for many years. Under the master's modest manipulation and painstaking construction, it has become a well-known ancient temple. The Master changed the mountain gate to make the Huating Temple breeze smooth and open, which makes people relaxed and happy.
