Myvatn

Mvatn is about 90 kilometers east of Akreli, the fourth largest lake in Iceland, a shallow lake of about 37 square kilometers, and we came from the Javier geothermal area along Highway 1, and it didn't take long to reach the lake that was formed about 2,300 years ago. The volcano is still very active today, and the nearest eruption of the neighboring Krafla volcano was in 1984, so the geothermal resources here are really unique.

This is a large volcanic scenic spot in northern Iceland, and you can see many volcanic elements. But because it is too big and there are too many content to see, it is best to do your homework before visiting, otherwise you will have a sense of intrigue.

The Mihu Scenic Area is a very gated scenic spot in Iceland. There are very famous hot springs here. There are also waterfalls along the way. The whole trip is quite good. The scenery along the way is also very good.
