Holy Ghost Church

From Marion Square across Munich's Old Town Hall to the Church of the Holy Spirit, the tall bell tower seen in the grain market is the tower of the Holy Church. It is one of Munich's oldest churches, built in about 1208, but it was completely destroyed in World War II, but the Germans magically restored it to its original appearance.

The Church of the Holy Spirit is a Catholic Church in its own parish and one of the oldest churches in Munich.
