Cuppa is an unassuming place, but the food and staff are wonderful. Everything is home made with very high quality ingredients, and charming little touches (like delicious olive oil with your bread, pink himalayan salt on the table). The breakfast is the best around, with great coffee and freshly made juices. The eggs benedict is probably one of the best I've ever had anywhere. (And for homesick expats, there's bacon!) Cuppa make their own fresh bread every day, and it's absolutely delicious. Their baguettes, which are available to buy for 3TL, are one of the best secrets in Cihangir. I've also used Cuppa for catering for a party and they were wonderful from start to finish. Highly recommended. (And not sure where the photos on this page are from, but they don't do the place justice at all, so don't let them put you off.)
