What people are saying:

There is nothing better than the sound of a waterfall, and this is no exception. Jeongbang Waterfall is located at the intersection of the river and the sea. It is a beautiful scenery. There is a parking lot at the entrance of the trail. Tickets are 2000₩ per person. You must be careful when walking along the rocks, they tend to be very slippery. Note: You must never use a wheelchair to come here! One of the three famous waterfalls on Jeju Island is the most worth visiting-Jeongbang Waterfall. It is 23 meters high and the waterfall flows directly into the sea. It is also the only waterfall in Asia. Pay 2,000 won, walk down about 130 steps, a little slippery stone stairs, and then climb over rocks of various sizes to see the waterfall up close. You can also sit down on the big rocks next to the waterfall and take photos with the wonders of nature. Of course, as many comments have said, there are very many people here. It's easy to walk down the stairs. The steps are flat, there are handrails and parking spots if you need them. After you reach the bottom, you can sit on the steps and enjoy the waterfall. Similarly, if you are willing to walk over the rocks, you can get closer to the waterfall. My 6 and 10 year olds did it easily. It’s easy to walk up, but the exit steps are a bit different, but it’s not difficult. It was a good outing for about half an hour.

This is a nice waterfall to see going in to the sea. The walk down is all steps about 130 each way. The rocks at the bottom can be difficult to walk over.

    Mesmerizing view

Waterfalls are very accessible in Jeju. Jeongbang is the most unique as we seldom see a waterfall that goes straight to the sea. Going by public bus is easy and the path towards the falls are already ...
