Shibansha Village is located in the east of Muzhou Town, surrounded by the sea. The villagers are divided into eight groups, with a total of 604 households and a labor force of about 1,800 people. The rice planting area of the village is about 1678 mu, the fish pond is about 1428 mu, the other cultivated land is about 469 mu, and the brick factory land area is about 243 mu. Since the reform and opening up, Shibansha Village has developed a mixed economy based on the advantages of land and terrain, combined with local actual conditions, mainly rice, fish ponds and other crops, and the secondary and tertiary industries are simultaneously developed, which has promoted the sustainable, steady and healthy development of the villagers' economy.
