Nianbadu is located in the west of Zhejiang Province on the border with Fujian and Jiangxi. Surrounded by mountains, it was virtually cut off from other areas. Nevertheless, it is home to an impressive range of cultural attractions. The town's well-preserved ancient architecture features a mix of architectural styles from Zhejiang, Fujian, and Jiangxi provinces. This includes white walls, upturned eaves, and impressive sculptures.
