About Jingshan: Jingshan is said to be “the green jade of Hubei.” The city is located in the central region of Hubei Province in the southern foothills of Dahong Mountain at the northernmost part of the Jianghan Plain. Jingshan City gets its name from being “the capital city at the source of the mountain.” Jingshan was home to an important distribution of Qujialing Culture during the Neolithic Era. It was in this region that the “Greenwood uprising” took place during the later years of the Western Han dynasty. Some of the main attractions in the area are Yuanyang Brook, Lülin Stronghold, Meiren Valley, and Kongshan Cave.
