A stunning day out. Animals are well looked after and prices are reasonable. There are much nicer safaris in Johannesburg but much more expensive. You can spend 5 minutes with the white lion cubs which will try to steal and chew your flip flops. A must go if you don't want to spend too much money on a safari
In Johannesburg's Lion Garden, there are more than 80 lions living in this park, among which there are very rare white lions. In addition to lions, there are also animals like cheetahs, wild dogs, brown hyenas, spotted hyenas, black jackals and so on. Adult lions are distributed in many areas of the Lion Garden. Tourists can ride vehicles and observe them closely. Lions and cubs that are close to adults live in the Lion World. Tourists can also enter the area and have close contact with lions. It is very interesting.
It's a great place the staff are friendly and action educate the visitors about their animals. Awesome
Probably the days of captivity were so good that all the lions could not lift their spirits, except the cheetahs who rushed to shelter from the rain during the rainstorm. Come on, look at my sincere eyes, you are really ashamed to admit that you are the king of beasts!
Amazing to witness the lion's prides in the natural environment . The white lions are beautiful , overall great excursion .
The Lion Garden is very beautiful. It can take pictures with lions. At night, you can see lions eating.
We got to pet lion cubs, hang out with a cheetah and see loads of giraffes, zebras, African wild dogs, hyenas and other critters. The cheetah walk at Lion Park was pretty amazing. We got to spend quite a bit of quality time with our cheetah buddy. In our first few hours after landing in Jo-berg, I got a kiss from a two year old cheetah named Ciecle. It's not the same as seeing these majestic animals in the wild, but petting a cheetah was pretty awesome. The Lion Park has been around since the '60s. We found all of the trainers/keepers to be very knowledgeable and open to answering our questions. The employees we met also seemed to have genuine bonds with all of the animals that we interacted with.
Although I'm sorry I didn't see the Five African Powers, but I saw the hippo family is too interesting animals and not a few giraffes, wild rhinos and other guides. Luck has been very good. Many people can't see it. I really like the vast wild animals can live freely.
The Lion Garden, built at the World Heritage Site "Cradle of Mankind", is located about 40 kilometers northwest of Johannesburg. There are a large number of lions in the park. They can feel the wildness of the lions. Johannesburg is a must-go place. It is strongly recommended.
