Tianya Haijiao cliff is located in the southwest corner of Kangaroo Island, facing the vast Southern Ocean. It is a wonderful place to view the sea on the island. From here, you can overlook two small islands called "Casuarina Islets". They are a paradise for birds. Because of the steep rocks on the edge of the islands, they can only be approached and not landed. Under the cliffs of Tianya Haijiao, the flagship arch standing along the coast is equally breathtaking. It is a natural arcade formed by the erosion of sea breeze and sea water for many years, and it is scoured by huge waves day and night. Follow a circular path beside the cliff to wind down, you can see groups of New Zealand seals.
