Muya Golden Pagoda is located in Xinduqiao Town, Kangding County, Sichuan Province. It was built in 1997 by the Living Buddha Dorje Tashi from Nyingma to commemorate the initiation of the 10th Panchen Lama. The golden pagoda is a mandala-style Buddhist temple with a golden roof. It is divided into three floors. It enshrines Buddha Shakyamuni, Guanyin Bodhisattva, Manjushri, Guru Padmasambhava and Tantric inheritance masters, as well as collections of Buddhist scriptures and other scriptures. The golden pagoda is surrounded by small Buddhist pavilions and turning corridors.
