Holy Rosary Cathedral Minor Basilica

The hotel is on the edge of the Rose Notre Dame Church. This is one of the oldest Catholic churches in Taiwan. I went in and visited it. The building is very beautiful and the decoration is relatively simple, but it gives people a gorgeous feeling. I don’t know if I can take pictures inside the church. I dare not take pictures. The Catholic Church of the Virgin of the Rose is located on Wufu 3rd Road, Qianjin District, Kaohsiung City. It was founded in Qingxianfeng, and it is also the first Catholic church in Taiwan. It was raised by Father Li Ans, and the church is now listed as a third-level monument.

It has a history of more than a hundred years, and it is the first church in Taiwan, built by Spanish missionaries at the time, a bit of a Gothic-style building, and the church style seen in Spain is very similar, the interior glass color and the Sagrada Familia are a bit similar.

Every December Christmas will be decorated in a particularly beautiful way. After walking (boat tour), you can swim along the river after watching the barge, next to the light rail.

This is Taiwan's first Catholic church and one of the three major Asian churches. This mixed Gothic and Roman style minarets building was rebuilt in 1928 and was dedicated to the Virgin of the Rose, hence the name of the Virgin of the Rose. The church is fronted by towering steeples, and there are small guard towers on both sides. The door brows are still hanging the "order" stone monument of Xianfengyu. The round arches have long wings of the little angel relief. The black, gray and blue buildings are arranged with stained glass round arch windows.

The Church of the Virgin Rose is located in the northern district of Kaohsiung City, with a history of more than 100 years, and is the birthplace of Catholicism.
