A Journey Through Himalayan Splendor
The route to Annapurna Base Camp is a breathtaking journey through the heart of the Himalayas. As i trek, i captivated by the diverse and stunning scenery that surrounds me. Lush green forests give way to charming villages, where i can immerse myself in local culture. As i ascend, the landscape transforms into a high-altitude paradise with pristine alpine meadows and cascading waterfalls. Towering peaks, including the majestic Annapurna itself, dominate the horizon. The serenity of the Base Camp, nestled amidst these giants, is truly awe-inspiring. Snow-capped peaks, clear skies, and the sense of accomplishment make this trek unforgettable. It's a harmonious blend of nature's beauty and the thrill of adventure in the heart of Nepal's Annapurna region.

Experience The Wonders of Nepal 🇳🇵
Beautiful Nepal is a land of friendly and not overly engaging people, where deities hang with mortals at magnificent temples, monasteries and historical monuments can be found at almost every turn!
This is the home of Sagarmatha “Goddess Mother of the World”, the towering Mount Everest, and her snow-capped counterparts making up the spectacular Himalayas.
From eight of the fourteen tallest mountains in the world to the flourishing Terai plains of Jhapa, you will find you’ll have your camera glued to your hands at all times. To take in the wonders of the Himalayas..
Nepal’s startling beauty is at its best in Pokhara , in my opinion . Which has been the subject of many travel writers. The spectacular backdrop of the snowy peaks of the Annapurna Range 🏔

Pokhara It is my wish and recommendation, a medium-sized and very touristy city in Nepal. For lovers of adventure, spirituality, culture and romanticism.
To get to Pokhara you can take a flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara which lasts approximately 45 minutes, many times there are delays due to the weather, by bus it takes around 10 hours and it is something very wild, not highly recommended although it is cheap, 1000 Nepali rupees or 10 us.
In pokhara there are many hotels at a good price, all my reservations are handled on trip. The average cost is from 10 us to 30 us per night depending on your needs. I recommend a hotel with breakfast included so you save time and can go out and enjoy the city.
The local food is very healthy and natural, you will also find international food and many restaurants, bars and tourist sites near the lake. Most people speak and understand English although their native language is Nepali. You can walk, use a taxi that costs 500 rupees or rent a motorcycle from 1000 rupees per day, I recommend using GPS.
You can buy a sim card at the airport with data and minutes at a comfortable price with your passport and a printed passport-type photo, ncell it's my recomendation.
There many tourism companies that offer different packages for climbers, light flights, stops, tours, and all kinds of activities, can pay in dollars or rupees. There many exchange houses do not ask for any document. Normally everything is open until 10 pm, only bars and restaurants close later.
GANDRUK It is a small town, it is very cold, I recommend you go by bus or jeep because the road is somewhat extreme only for experienced drivers, you can make a hotel reservation by calling and making a bank deposit or on the spot, it is difficult online. The hotels are not very comfortable, but it is worth the trip, and being able to see the great mountains up close at 3000 meters high. It is very cold
On your return flight, I recommend being in Kathmandu one day before to take your international flight.
The airport is small and there are always delays. To avoid missing your flight you must be in the capital a day before and if you have a connection in another country take delays into account, almost always due to weather. You can use patao jna app in the play store to order food at home, or taxi.
Pokhara is one of the many amazing places in nepal, the people are very friendly, spiritual and it is safe. My wish is to return to Pokhara Nepal
most popular tourist destination in Nepal
Pokhara is a small city (the 3rd largest city of Nepal) about 200km from the capital city of Kathmandu, famous tourist destination because very close to the Annapurna mountain range.
Near the city you can visit: Phewa Lake, the second largest lake of the country, Davis Falls, Shanti Buddhist Pagoda (Peace Pagoda), the village of Nagarkot famous for the sunrise.

Phewa Lake in Pokhara city
#2023travelwish
Phewa Lake is the lake in Pokhara city, Nepal.
Tal Barahi Temple or lake temple is the Hindu temple on a small island in Phewa lake. The only way to go to this temple is boat, return trip per person is 100 Rps.
Firstly we have to grab a life jacket and que for a join boat. It takes around 10 minutes direct to the temple (private boat is available if you want more lake exploring time).
Come and see sunset or sunrise here is recommended.
Next year, hopefully INCA trail will be my next destination.
Went to pokhara for a 6 days and 5 nights trip. The views and scenary that you can observe in Pokhara is just breathtaking.
We stayed at Busy Bee Resort during our trip and the service they provided, the facilities and anemities etc was excellent. The resort also helped us book for paragliding, which i found very helpful as i didnt have much idea on where to book for such activities. They also provide booking services for activities such as bungee , trekking etc.
During our stay in pokhara, we had the chance to stay in lakeside where the view was amazing and so was the nightlife, the streets were awake all night , most restaurants and cafes were open till late night, it surely helped us with our late night cravings😅.
We also had the chances to go to the world peace pagoda, davis fall and many more attractions in pokhara. And the food is reallly good in pokhara😍. Definitely recommend everyone to visit 🤩🤩#staycation #staycations
Chilling along the Phewa Lake after 7 days trekking is so relaxing!

EBC Trekking Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Mar)
Flying over Everest, flying over EBC, flying over the road we came to ~
overlooking the snow-capped mountains that climbed, the previous look turned into a down-view, the road was at the foot, feeling a thousand.
Maybe this life will not go on this hiking trail again, but it is deeply drawn in my heart, accompanying me to go further.
D10 of EBC starts at 6 o'clock in the morning, this time in the south of Everest Base Camp, and the sun shines slowly on the land.
Many people have left their lives on this land in order to prove their meaning. My guide, the collaboration of climbing Everest 2 years ago, more than 20 lives stay in the Himalayas, he is a survivor, listening to the distress and pride in his eyes, seems to understand the "George Mallory" in Everest "Because the mountain is there."
Nepal EBC | Snow mountains, glaciers, Haizi village
EBC trekking Day10
🗺Gokyo-Gokyo Ri-Gokyo-Machhermo,12km, Altitude rise 704, drop 1034
🚶The altitude rise is all on the way to Gokyo Ri viewing platform, very lucky that a thick layer of snow was laid on the mountain overnight, southerners feel the joy of snow in advance
🌄Climbed up Gokyo Ri at the fastest speed to catch the sunrise, unfortunately, there were a bit too many clouds
Didn't see Mount Cho Oyu at Gokyo for two days 🏔
Looking at the photos taken by the guests in the following days, it was sunny every day at Mount Cho Oyu, and there was a meteor shower, the fate is still a bit short
Started to return down the mountain, the EBC trip is nearing the end
On the eighth day of the walk, Day8 of EBCDingboche (4410m)-Lobuche (4910m) 12km/8 hours.
vast land, 12 kilometers, will carry the jacket to the end.
Suddenly feel the meaning of walking, for me, the scenery is no longer the scenery of other people, those things that I once wanted to do but dare to do, now is the current experience, let me There is more confidence to do more things I want to do, and this is what it means to me.

Unforgettable experience
Trekking in Nepal ABC is one of the life time experience, I enjoyed how nature surprised me
Somewhere in the Great Himalaya Trail!
Somewhere in the Great Himalaya Trail. Somewhere in the middle of this huge valley between Annapurna South (7,219m), Hiunchuli (6,441m) & Machhapuchhare (6,993m). Somewhere close to the clouds & the sky. Somewhere far from all the chaos, far from the necropolis. Somewhere that still possesses the vivid memories of impermanence.

Poon Hill…once in our life…
#2023travelwish
Poon Hill is a good start for trekking trip in my life. 4 days trekking in Nepal, start from Pokhara and reach highest point - Poon Hill in Ghorepani (3,210 meters above sea level). Luckily no impact of Altitude Sickness, nice weather and see all the hills…
All the routes, steps, hotels, foods everything are organized and managed almost in the same standard.
Soak our lung with full of Oxegen from the forest is really good to relax and exercise.
Hope in the next year I will have a chance to go trekking on INCA trail to explore a mystery city …Macchu Picchu : )
sunrise view from poonhill . welcome to Nepal for the trekking ..
Everest trekking nepal tour Get a glimpse of this!
