M49***70A boulevard with no cars passing by is lined with various shops. It's very long, and walking slowly is a good place to relax. Of course, it is also recommended to walk all the way to the east on a hill. The hill is full of woods and an abandoned playground. Many people run in the forest.

juki235The Ninth Fortress is a symbolic attraction of Kaunas County. It is on the northwest corner of the old city. You can see it from the Resurrection Cathedral northbound and then westward. It is an important fortress built by the Nazis during World War II. It is also a large concentration camp. I feel that standing here seems to be able to feel the cruelty of the war at that time, and I feel that peace is hard-won.
