    The poster shows it all

It is a tinny museum which charges 400 yan. We were attracted by the poster just to find that the only good ones are the ones portrayed on the poster. That means only a handful that are worth viewing...

    Small, informative

We went here because it was on the way to the Kobe Immigration office. A small, somewhat neglected museum tracing the history of pearls in Japan, the development of artificial pearl growing technique ...

    The pearl tree is beautiful.

    Original Text

I visited on weekday mornings. Admission was free and there were no staff. You can see how pearls can be made in models and photos. There was also an exhibition of pearls.

    A little less exhibition

    Original Text

It was free when I went sightseeing in Kobe, so I stopped by. It is located in a building called the Japan Pearl Hall with a rather tired appearance (the signboard of the Pearl Museum is tasteful and beautiful). It was a little invisible in the designation of a registered tangible cultural property. The pearl exhibition had explanations such as the flow of aquaculture, and pearl exhibits (works?). However, because it was free, there was a feeling that the number of items was small and unsatisfactory.
